Fees By Service
The cost for professional preparation services is $185 per hour. After speaking with you, we’ll estimate how many hours of preparation are likely for your particular case.
At the time annulment services are agreed upon a retainer for the first 2 hours of consultation [$370.00] is necessary. Thereafter, final billing will occur with the completion of your materials. If you choose a limited number of installments they will be invoiced monthly.
Telephone and email consultations will be charged at the hourly rate– based on quarter hour increments, i.e. 15 minutes is equivalent to 25% of the hourly rate.
Express mail, registered mail, package service, etc. will be charged at actual expense.
